Flow Headset. Almost new, I think it was for three days but they couldn't get used to it(you'll know by how many pad sets are left in the other box. NHS (UK HSE) approved and prescribed for depression. That is a stock photo as I'm in the middle of moving. It's all in its box and brand new looking as seen.
