Weekend workshop on shadow work and on embodied intimacy Co. Clare, Ireland with facilitators Pen and Nura (from Embodied Intimacy Camp) Friday 2 Oct.. Women's session 2-7pm Saturday 3 Oct. All Genders 10am-7pm Sunday 4 Oct. Men's session 1pm - 5pm A weekend to holistically explore emotional patterns (including what we fear and what makes us feel fully alive), using trauma-informed processes and exercises that regulate our nervous system (and to discover what our typical habits are, in relationship to intimacy, shame, and our true self).
