Men's session 11am - 3pm A weekend to holistically explore emotional patterns (including what we fear and what makes us feel fully alive), using trauma-informed processes and exercises that regulate our nervous system (and to discover what our typical habits are, in relationship to intimacy, shame, and our true self).
