Firebird Super-Q 50/82: oil-fired kitchen/utility boiler. The unit features several controls and indicators: Power & Mode Switches: Located on the left, these include the "MAINS OFF - ON" switch and a selector for "H.W./C.H." (Hot Water and Central Heating) or "IMED" (Immediate) modes. Temperature Control: A central "TEMPERATURE" dial allows you to adjust the heat setting between "MIN" and "MAX." Indicator Lights: Red status lights labeled "BURNER," "MAINS," and "LOCK OUT." The "LOCK OUT" light typically indicates a safety shutdown, often requiring a manual reset if the burner fails to ignite.
