Never installed, we bought the wrong size. Flexcel ecofloor underfloor heating mat, 0.5m wide, 8sqm total. https://www.redwing.ie/product/ecofloor-underfloor-heating-mat/ The backing mesh was cut in some places as we laid it out (as you can see in the photo) but the wires are all intact and the resistance is still as specified by the manufacturer. Was not stuck to the floor so the tape is still there for your installation. Bought for €400, open to offers
