Pre-owned Detail Cars 1:43 scale diecast model car from my personal collection:- Detail Cars ART 264 Volkswagen (VW) Concept 1 Open Cabriolet 1994 Red PRICE >> €12 or Best Offer (Original cost €20) 1994 Concept Car on which the "New Beetle" was based. The Volkswagen Concept 1 Cabriolet was shown at Geneva Motor Show in 1994. The Concept car was based on the Polo platform and dimensions were only a little larger than the original Beetle. The “New Beetle”, when launched in 1998, was on the Golf platform making it a larger car. Model is in very good condition and is in its original display case.
