Home/office container 40ft...as new, only used briefly, has full kitchen. Dishwasher/ fridge / oven hob.. bathroom... there is a office at end of container, can easily be converted to bedroom, the bathroom can easily be made in to a shower area as well ..there is a new hot water heater installed and can be easily wire by electricity by plug in connection, as is water and waste water all at the back..the outside can be lated easily with timber lats to look splendid...this was quite an expensive unit, but we are looking for a permanent structure there...price is to sell at 22k
