The mechanical damage to the chamber and/or heating element is not covered by warranty. Please take a note, the kiln has open back element and not suitable to use with smoking substances which are having high electrical conductivity rates (ie wax). Your items should all be properly dried before you put them into the kiln. The items placed in the chamber should not touch the inner chamber walls or the heating elements, as that will damage the kiln. Before placing the order please make sure that the internal chamber dimensions mentioned in the description suit your needs. This is to avoid unnecessary expenditures due to return postage. Internal chamber dimensions should allow you to fit both shelves and items inside in such a way that there is no chance they would touch the heating elements.
