SEAVIEW property as per the photograph from our decking. 3 bedroomed detached house that is a 3 minute walk to a secluded beach (Sandeel Bay) with numerous other beaches within a very short drive. The house is ideal to simply unwind & relax. Located on the Hook Peninsula near Fethard on Sea Village. Please note that refugees from Ukraine have been hosted in the adjacent Hookless holiday village since March 2022. As a result, the facilities [tennis court, astro pitch, playgrounds] are in poor condition. The space The house comes fully equipped with an oven, fridge, standalone freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, children's travel cot & high chair, black out blinds, bed rail protector, patio furniture, 2 sun loungers, 32inch Smart TV with Sky, iron & ironing board. We have high speed fibre broadband installed in the house [250+ Mbps download & 45+ Mbps upload]. Bed linen and hand towels provided. House sleeps 5 adults and 2 children. There is a large double room downstairs with en suite. Upstairs there is a room with bunk beds and another room with a double bed & a single bed. Rates are available on request. Hook lighthouse, Tintern, Johnstown Castle or JFK Gardens are good options for a walk, Kilmokea gardens is another option. There are lots of beaches close to the house if you get the weather, there is Sandeel bay which is a 3 minute walk from the house, after that Baginbun and Carnivan are only a few minutes drive in the car. For food shopping the Super Valu in Wellington Bridge is best followed by the Centra in Ramsgrange. The Londis in Fethard has basics.
