(This property is booked for the Fleadh 2025) This two bedroom refurbished traditional stone cottage is located on working farm.The property is close to Wexford town and approximately 5 minutes drive from the Duncannon road roundabout on N25 Rosslare/ Cork Road( Whitford Hotel Roundabout) Well located, with the infamous Johnstown Castle only a few minutes drive from the property. The National Heritage park at Ferrycarrig is also very close by. Rosslare Europort is 20 minutes drive. Kilmore Quay, Curracloe and Rosslare strand are all easily commutable. Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, coffee maker etc Oil fired heating throughout with log burning stove in living area of kitchen/ dining area. Two bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has king sized bed and ensuite shower room with power shower and Large walk in wardrobe. Second bedroom also has king sized bed and two single beds. There is a separate shower room upstairs that guests using this bedroom may use. Heating, electricity, free WiFi are included in the cost. There is a small additional guest charge for more than two guests up to a maximum of 6 people in total.
