The tastefully decorated house is situated in the picturesque & colourful village of Ardgroom between Kenmare & Castletownbere & is an ideal base to explore the Ring of Beara & Kerry. House has 4 bedrooms (2 rooms -king size beds in each , 1 room - double bed & 1 room - twin beds). One room has an en-suite with shower and there is another large bathroom upstairs with a big roll top bath, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day’s activities. 2 reception rooms , 1 with dining table & chairs ,a large well equipped kitchen, large utility room, downstairs toilet. There is a large, secure & very private seating area at the back of the property where you can rest by the colourful hydrangeas & listen to the sounds of the river with stunning mountain views. House is a stroll (10 seconds!) to the bar & the shop/cafe - 30 seconds!). The area has some of the best walks in the country, many from the front door, with breathtaking views from the quiet country tracks & mountains & is very popular for fishing & all water activities with the Wild Atlantic/lakes/ rivers all a short stroll!
