It comes with all of the necessary accessories you will need to groom your pet. I used the table for both of my chihuahuas - no other animals. The arm is height adjustable & extremely sturdy once it's set to the required height. The arm alone cost €50. It also comes with a selection of tethers to hold your pet in place - tethers are also expensive, but it was worth it to give my pets the best. Once the pet is tethered, you have absolutely no concern about the pet falling or jumping from the table. Included also is a Wahl Pet Pro clipper set which is just over a year old and in perfect condition.
