15.1/15.2 Small Hunter Irish Draught: 5 Years

Great fun little man who was broken as a 4 year old and has been lightly competed this year in showjumping and working hunter classes. He’s 156cm and, as a draught, will probably come up a bit still so will make a good small hunter. Hugo can be loaded and unloaded by one person, is good to shoe, had his first clip this autumn and has hacked alone and in company. Good in the stable and to handle, used to children, dogs and farm machinery as he grew up on our small-holding. We bought Hugo as a foal and he’s been with us ever since. He’s a half brother to Irish Draught stallion Roll Of The Dyce and has both Crosstown Dancer and Welcome breeding in his lines. We’ve had great fun this year and he would suit a teenager, but has been equally patient with a middle-aged mother of three who hasn’t ridden properly for years! I just don’t have time for him.
