16.1 Dublin prospect

✨Ballychucky✨ Chucky is a 2018 16.1 chestnut gelding, sired by Flemensfirth. Chucky is an incredibly flashy mover, very willing and always wanting to please. He is amazing around the yard, easy to handle and always looking for a cuddle or a carrot. Chucky last raced in march 2024, making him ROR eligible, he then started his retraining. He spent some time with a 5* eventer, where he was thoroughly schooled and it really shows in his work. Chucky is a forward ride, he’s not silly, spooky or bold but he would not suit a nervous or novice rider. He needs an experienced rider, who will further his education. Chucky really has so much potential and in the right hands will make an outstanding horse. Chucky is very soft in the mouth, he settles into a contact beautifully but he doesn’t appreciate a pull. While he is forward he likes to be ridden of of seat and voice and will go his best when ridden this way. Chucky has jumped but he’s not quite figured it all out yet. He’s not the type to say no though. He will need time to settle into his jumping but he has the scope in him to make a nice amateur horse. Chucky is a lovely character, he loves his work and is such a sweet guy. Chucky also has the Prophets thumbprint which is known as a sign of a really special horse. Call me superstitious but I can really see it in him. He doesn’t have any quirks, lumps, bumps, blemishes or marks. No previous history or injuries or sickness. Up to date on vacs, dentist ect. Chucky will not suit a child or someone coming off ponies, he won’t suit a nervous or novice rider. He needs an experienced confident rider who is patient and gentle as he can be slightly nervous at times, but he is generally fine. He is an absolute gent in all ways.
