Ballinrobe Boy is his dam’s sire. He’s the kind of horse you could literally bring into your kitchen for tea. Not at all fresh if not ridden for a few days. He has had plenty of total beginners come out on a hack and looked after them. He can pick up and move nicely and actively - very responsive - if the rider asks him. Honestly in 40 years growing up on a livery yard never met a horse with a temperament like Thor. Unphased by combine harvesters etc on the farm. He can be ridden by riders of all levels. He has beautiful paces when schooled. He has jumped 1.20m as a single fence at home - and is a super, brave boy. Ideal for riding club and therapeutic riding, dressage, hunting, x-country, happy hacking, trekking, side-saddle, showing etc. He is a pleasure to catch, load, clip, worm, do his feet etc. He will lean in for cuddles and affection. He crosses the motorway bridge on half day treks to the mountains and has looked after autistic children who have ridden him. He is an absolute dote!
