17hh TB Gelding -- Sweet, Kind and Genuine

Champ is a super sweet and gentle 10 year old TB gelding, a pure gentleman. He is good with other horses and makes friends easily. He's good to be lunged, good for the farrier and dentist. He's never shown any boldness at all. Also, really loves his food! Champ has good 3 paces, and really enjoys jumping. We've done small course work, but he hasn't competed. He's also done some dressage, but honestly he prefers jumping. He's not too strong like some thoroughbreds, and always responsive and eager to please. He enjoys hacking through the fields, has hacked out alone and in company and is generally not spooky. Champ is a lovely horse and will suit anyone looking for a gentle, sweet horse for pleasure riding or possible showjumper. A great companion and loving temperament make him suitable for most levels of riders except beginners. He's up to date with vaccinations, teeth, and worming. As an added bonus, he will come with most of his stuff: rugs, bridle, lunging gear, etc. His saddle is not fitting right anymore so that won't be going with him, but most everything else. Champ has been diagnosed with kissing spines which has been managed with steroid injections and after treatment he is comfortably working away.
