7 year old gelding

17.2 gentle giant 😁 Scamp is a 7 year old ISH homebred gelding (breeding in photo) Slowly produced he has done a small bit of everything. Hacks alone and with company, Scampy is a pretty laid back fella and is excellent with traffic, lorries, tractors, trailers etc. Scampy is jumping a course of 80cm with scope for plenty more. I currently ride him in a bitless bridle, purely personal preference and I have put a bit in to align with rules of certain competitions. He has done hunt canters, beach rides and cross country schooling and is very manageable when out with a gang. Lives out year round with mares and geldings (stabled night before shows). No vices. He is good to clip, shoe and box, I can load and unload alone at events. Good to catch. Can ride him 2km down to his summer field with just head collar on. He is a very kind and sweet tempered horse and doesn't bat an eyelid at my kids running around shouting/causing chaos 😅 Unfortunately Scampy got a cut in the field last year and has a blemish on foreleg as shown above. This would mean he probably be wouldn't good candidate for showing. We are having great fun doing riding club shows and lessons at the moment and hoping to get a few hunts in. Ten star home required for this lovely boy.
