Brood mare or companion horse

Rosie is a 16.3hh Irish sport horse 11 years old and who through no fault of her own is sadly being sold. Please note Rosie cannot be ridden With amazing breeding by Sir Shutterfly Rosie has 3 beautiful paces and scope that could have easily been a 1.20+ showjumper. Unfortunately Rosie has an injury predating me buying her and wasn’t disclosed when I got her. This injury now means she cannot be ridden however Rosie has impeccable ground manners and an amazing temperament that would suit a brood mare or surrogate, or even a companion. With her amazing breeding, confirmation, scope and temperament Rosie would make an amazing broodmare for someone looking to produce showjumping or eventing horses. I have already bred her once so she is proven, her foal is included in the photos who is now 2 years old and is a beautiful, friendly filly (the filly will be present at viewings if you wish to see but please note she is not for sale) When we bred her she was incredibly friendly, sweet and comfortable for us to work around her and enjoyed being pampered and was good at vet checks. When the foal was born she was peaceful and calm allowing people to come into the stall and stroke and look over the foal and was in no way nasty or overly protective of the foal. She allowed me to brush, halter train and acclimatise the foal and was good to catch and bring her and the foal in. Please note that Rosie is barefoot as she didn’t enjoy getting shoes put on but is otherwise fine to get her feet worked on, she good for the vets and injections, she loads into the box fine however is uncomfortable when standing in the box but is fine when the box is in transit.
