Family Pet/ Second Horse Type, Done Everything!

OPEN TO REASONABLE OFFERS 9 year old mare standing at 16.1/.2. Been with us for 4 years and ridden by a teenage girl, very safe and sensible. Easy to clip, shoe, perfect to travel and hack(alone or in company), has never bucked under saddle with me and has no vices. Very sporty, loves jumping and is very educational, will take any stride put in front of her. Loves to please. Comfortably jumps 1m- 1.10+ with no hassle, ring for videos. Would have the scope for more if given enough time and work, is brave enough to do so. Has been in and out of work in the last 8 months due to owner being away for college, does not get super fresh. Can hop on her after 3 weeks off and she is only a little buzzy, no badness. Never needs to be lunged, super easy to do. This makes her suitable for someone with a busy schedule, she does not need a lot of maintenance under saddle. Well schooled on the flat- walk to canters, changes etc. Very quick to learn. Huge confidence giver, loves her job, keen towards fences but still snaffle mouthed. Suitable for a young adult/ teenager looking to do lots. Perfect out XC and has very comfortable and easy to sit paces. Loads of scope over fences. Has done everything under the sun, not spooky at all. Family pet so five star home is a must, very sad sale. Super affectionate and loving horse, very doting. Not marish at all Healthy, teeth done recently. Ran over hurdles 3 times years ago, is eligible for race horse to riding horse.
