Stunning project horse

Anyone looking for a nice project in the mid 4 fig budget I’ve a Stunning 4 year old raising 5 year old mare roughly around 15.2 broken and riding has been to training shows and has been cross country schooled proving to be brave and genuine sweet mare will go far in eventing/ showjumping or anything asked of her She has been out of work the last few weeks and I’m looking for a quick easy sale for her due to not having the time or facilities to produce her absolutely no fault of her own She will be a nice little project for someone She is well on in her education so won’t need restarting won’t take much to get her back into work just time and patience She will be sold as seen out of work so no you can’t come and ride her Don’t want any timewasters and Open to any vetting ect Only looking for mid 4 fig for her for easy sale
