Dinny’s Ginny – 15.2 hands Thoroughbred Mare – Experienced Home Only It is with a heavy heart that I am offering my lovely mare, Dinny’s Ginny, for sale due to changing financial circumstances and the possibility of travelling. This is not a decision I have taken lightly, and finding her the right home is my absolute priority. Ginny is a 15.2hh Thoroughbred mare with a lovely, kind temperament. She was previously trained for jumping and has plenty of ability. She has been out of regular work for a few months while I focused on rehabilitating her after rescuing her from a neglect situation, where she was significantly underweight. She has come on brilliantly, has regained condition, and is now ready for someone to bring her back into light work. I have recently ridden her a few times myself, and she has been an absolute dream to hack out alone—calm, willing, and very straightforward. She is best suited to an advanced or experienced rider, as she can be strong when ridden, but she is never nasty and is always genuine. She is: * Bombproof in traffic and around machinery, tents, dogs and everyday activity. * Good to catch, load and travel. * Excellent for the farrier. * Happy to live on her own or with company. * Sweet-natured and easy to handle on the ground. *has passport Ginny has been through a lot in her life, so a knowledgeable, loving home is essential. She deserves someone who will continue giving her the care and consistency she has come to trust. Good home is far more important than price.
