Brand new bespoke cabin. The cabin is brand new and hasn’t been built yet. Its dimensions are 16.5m x 8m (14.5m x 8m interior and the remaining 2m x 8m is the porch area at the front). The cabin is ready in the company’s warehouse in Wicklow. So it can be delivered and assembled immediately. Original cost of the cabin is €80,000. We have spoken to the provider and the whole 4 bedroom cabin can be sold for €60,000 as our housing situation has changed. The price includes delivery and assembly. You will have to sort your own concrete slab/foundation or they will do it for you at an extra cost. You must also arrange your own plumber and electrician for 1/2 of the days during assembly.
