Established, mature and professional local family urgently looking to rent a 3 bed (min) property in Co Galway or Co Mayo. All areas within these locations considered. We are a non-smoking/non-vaping household consisting of Father (School Teacher), Mother (Office Administrator), Daughter aged 21 (College Student) and Son aged 18 (College Student). Our older 2 children no longer live with us. We are clean, considerate, responsible and reliable Tenants and can provide excellent references, including one from our current Landlord (where we have resided for the past 14 years), along with Employer References and Character References from a Solicitor/Family Friend and a School Principal/Family Friend. We have a Deposit and first month's rent in advance readily available and can move immediately or at a date in the very near future. The property can be furnished or unfurnished and, ideally, pet friendly. We have an elderly quiet dog who is very much part of the family and we would prefer not to have to rehome him so that can live out his final year(s) with us. We are willing to pay a higher/additional security deposit for this privilege if required. Our max budget is €1700 per month so we are looking for anything around or below this amount.
