Antique 1ct Diamond Tie Pin / Lapel Pin circa 1850

New in is this absolutely beautiful diamond tie/lapel pin dating from the middle of the 19th century. The pin is set with a spectacular, old cushion cut diamond, weighing approx. 1.02ct and held in a 6 claw setting with a scalloped design surround with black enamel detail. The diamond is so beautiful in this pin and is one of the liveliest diamonds you will see when the sun shines on it (I will try and get a video of it later) The setting is set atop and 18ct gold pin measuring 6 1/2cm in length. This pin looks incredible on a tie or a lapel, it dazzles, OR if you wished you could have it made into a beautiful 1ct diamond ring but that would be up to you. An amazing diamond, from the old mines now long exhausted.
