The non water sport features include heart monitor, steps tracking along with all sporting activities such as running, walking, hiking and golf. The watch is preloaded with golf course maps and extra courses can be downloaded via the app. The watch records stroke, position, distance to green etc. The watch connects to your phone and all alerts etc can be managed via the app. One charge of the watch lasts 10+ days depending on your usage. This is a super watch and a great try it and see option if you are moving to Garmin from another smart watch. Only selling it as I upgraded to a later model.
