Seiko Quartz watch + other

Seiko Quartz, as is not working don't know anything about it, it might be just the battery, original strap, possibly gold plated. Plus "tag" that's not a tag, but is quite heavy and looks the part, was working for years, but just stopped one day, probably needs a new battery, selling as one lot, 25 euros.
