Bechstein Model C Grand Piano

This is a fantastic instrument and piece of history. Made in 1889, this piano is from the golden eta of Bechstein grands. It had been mostly refurbished. Pin block is in excelleb condition and holds very strong (pins have not been doped). String have been replaced at same point, hammers have also been replaced at some point. The hammers have been fully voiced, action fully regulated. The piano plays amazingly. Rich woody tone! Soundboard is in excellent condition too, and there is a strong downbearing of the strong on the bridge, so the string have long sustain. Key-tops are original and in excellent condition. The perfect instrument for he serous piano that wants a serious piano without breaking the bank. Moving abroad and cannot take with me. Price is negotiable to help offset transportation cost.
