Previously restored and reconditioned German piano by the world famous manufacturer Carl Bechstein. Rounded mellow tone, perfect ivory keys, French polished cabinet, renewed brass trimmings, tuned, serviced, voiced and regulated. Built in 1891 and still playing very well with responsive medium touch and good depth of tone throughout the range. Ideally suited for a beginner learning the grades, as the keys are nicely weighted. An older instrument like this quality Bechstein can be traded back around Grade 5, as we would recommend a contemporary piano at this point for greater dynamics and versatility.
