Harmonium: Monoj Kumar Sardar Scale Changer

Monoj Kumar Sardar Scale Changer Harmonium, Folding, Barely Played PRICE €1,100 or near offer DESCRIPTION Selling my Monoj Kumar Sardar & Bros. folding scale changer harmonium (model SC-45/5), handmade in Kolkata. Monoj Kumar Sardar is one of the most respected harmonium makers in India. The scale changer is smooth and allows you to play far outside of your comfort zone. Cannot recommend enough! Really is amazing. The instrument is essentially new and unplayed. I've used it for maybe half an hour in total. I'm a working musician and I got this incredible instrument for a recording project that’s over now. And I have more harmoniums than one person needs, so this one needs a home where it'll actually get played. • Scale changer: shift the key without changing your fingering • 42 keys, about 3.5 octaves • 9 stops and drones, with an impressive almost foot pump organ wide sound / layered and earthy. • Folding body with fitted carry case, handle, lock and keys for security • Teak finish, excellent condition • Tuned to A440 perfect for sessions, stage or studio Bought from India Instruments in Berlin in August 2025 for €1,260 with additional VAT and shipping. Original invoice / receipt available. These are genuinely hard to find in Ireland. I looked forever, nobody stocks them and they’re always sold out or on a waitlist queue when you do. Buying new means importing, paying VAT and shipping is high, and waiting weeks with the risk of a damaged parcel. This one's here in Dublin, ready to play today, a rare harmonium which is why I imported it. Collection in Dublin 8. You're welcome to come and play it first. Cash or bank transfer on collection. No shipping. Serious inquiries only, thank you 🙏
