Price Drop Yamaha Dx7 Mk 1

In its early days the DX7 had been taken out gigging somewhat but not in a big way, just locally at the weekends over a couple of years. It eventually ended up in my studio and has been there for 15 years, where I found a good amount of use for it in my work. Not so long ago I bought a DX100 and eventually came to the conclusion that I would keep the DX100 as it is much smaller and in turn try to find a new home for the DX7. The Yamaha DX7 Mark 1 is becoming rare and as a result more in demand. It’s fully functional, battery was changed a couple of years ago and the electronic component that Yamaha had released a warning about (because is was a potential fire hazard) has been replaced with the newer safe component. There are some cosmetic blemishes (see in pics) but overall it looks, works and sounds great!
