Weber Piano

This is a Weber made piano, it is solidly made and is in near mint condition. The history of the Weber piano brand spans over 170 years, beginning as a high-end American manufacturer and evolving into a brand owned by the South Korean company Young Chang. Albert Weber Sr. was a German- American professional pianist and child prodigy who later founded the Weber Piano Company in New York City. This unique background allowed him to focus on the "Weber Tone" - a warm, rich sound designed specifically for performers. By the 1870s, he was considered the primary rival to Steinway & Sons, often outshining them at major world exhibitions like the 1876 Philadelphia Centennial. Introduction of the W-112: The W-112 is part of the Weber "D" Series, which marked a significant historical shift for the brand in the early 21st century. The "Fandrich" Redesign: Around 2008, Young Chang hired renowned American piano designer Delwin Fandrich to redesign the entire line. The W-112 was one of the key models introduced between 2011 and 2013 under these new specifications. The W-112 was specifically engineered to recapture the historic "American sound" noted for being warmer and richer than the brighter, more percussive "Asian sound" typical of modern entry level pianos.
