Hand-Carved Oval Dining Table with 6 Chairs, Bought in Chiang Mai, Thailand Stunning hand-carved oval dining table with six matching carved chairs and cushions, bought in Chiang Mai, Thailand in the early 1980s. The top has a large carved peacock panel and a carved scroll border, and the carved apron sits on a pedestal base with dragon and flower detailing. Each chair has a carved back with a peacock motif and carved legs with paw feet. Dark polished finish on what is believed to be mahogany. Excellent condition for its age, and a real talking point for a dining room. Collection only from Gorey.
