This piece has been fully restored and upcycled. For sale in Tramore. This is a very heavy, high-end family dining table that has been meticulously and professionally restored from top to bottom. No shortcuts taken. Easily seats 6 people and extends smoothly to comfortably seat 8 people. First image staged in a bright setting to show its premium potential. 📐 Dimensions: • Height: 80 cm • Width: 100 cm • Length: 180 cm (extends to 230 cm with extension leaf) 🛠️ Premium Renovation Process: • Table Top : Fully stripped back to bare wood with a carbide scraper and sanded down thoroughly (120 + 180 grit). Finished with 1 premium coat of Osmo Polyx-Oil Tint (Terra) followed by 3 protective coats of Osmo Polyx Hardwax-Oil for a durable, stain-resistant finish. Underneath is also fully finished. • Table legs & Frame : Stripped, sanded, primed with 2 coats of heavy-duty Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3, gap-filled between coats, and finished with 2 coats of luxurious Dulux Heritage Eggshell Black. • Mechanics : Extension runners have been fully cleaned and repaired. The inner frame belt is primed and painted as well. 🔍 Condition Notes : • The table is immaculate and the legs are pristine. • Being an authentic piece, there is one flat visual imperfection on one corner frame where the veneer raised slightly over time. It has been sanded perfectly flat and smooth, completely sealed under the durable Osmo finish (about 10cm section ). • A small 3cm minor indentation is present on the extension leaf. 🚚 Collection & Transport : It is an extremely heavy solid wood piece. Depending on your vehicle size, it can be transported in two ways, either with legs only detached (5 minute reassembly at home) or table top separated into two pieces (slightly more time and care needed for reassembly).
