James Kent used a 5-digit numbering system for their extensive range of Art Deco giftware and tableware. your piece is almost certainly an Art Deco "Forest" or "Autumn" themed jug produced by James Kent Ltd. (Old Foley Pottery) in Longton, Staffordshire, England. It features a distinctive baluster form with a flared spout and a hand-painted autumnal floral or leaf design.
