Carpiagani 3 phase ice cream machine, please read ad fully. 3 flavour machine, 3 phase power. This machine was the mainstay of our ice cream business which we ran for over 50 years. It is an older model that was rebuilt and fully serviced. This model of machine is bullet proof and does not give board problems like newer models. Needs new solenoid on 1 flavour switch.
