Hi, I am selling my La Speziale S1 Mini Vivaldi coffee machine and Mazzer Superjolly Grinder, as well as an array of alternate parts, spares and accessories for each. Both machines are suitable for professional and high-end home applications. Both are in full working order, fully functional and capable of making beautiful coffee. La Speziale S1 Mini Vivaldi: This is an Italian Dual Boiler Espresso machine. The Dual Boiler functionality allows for espresso brewing and milk frothing simultaneously, without one impacting on the capacity of the other. I have all original parts also, namely the hopper and the doser, which return the grinder to its original configuration. The original configuration is more suitable for high throughput, as would be required to support a cafe. I also have a spare set of Burrs. The grinder is adjustable, capable of high quality grinding across a spectrum of coffee types and roast levels, fine for espresso or course for pour-over/filter coffee.
