The Panasonic SD-2500 is one of Panasonic's most popular and reliable bread makers. The instruction manual includes recipes and clear guidance for every program, making it easy to start baking straight away. It features 25 automatic programs. Bread programs: Basic Bread, Basic Rapid, Basic Raisin, Whole Wheat, Whole Wheat Rapid, Whole Wheat Raisin, French, Italian, Sandwich, Brioche, Gluten Free, Specialty, Specialty Raisin. Dough programs: Basic Dough, Basic Raisin, Whole Wheat Dough, Whole Wheat Raisin, French Dough, Pizza Dough, Brioche Dough, Specialty Dough, Specialty Raisin. Other programs: Bake Only, Jam, Compote. Additional features appreciated by many Panasonic users: Original Italian Bread program for baking a soft loaf with a thin, delicate crust. The selected program is remembered for up to 10 minutes after a power interruption or unplugging, allowing baking to continue if power is restored within that time.
