Slightly Faulty Double Oven and Dishwasher

Replacing both as we are getting a new kitchen and want built in appliances. Zanussi Double Cavity Electric Ceramic Oven 60x60 cm Black Enamel Model ID: ZCV66030XA Main oven doesn't heat fully to assigned temp (possibly faulty thermostat), but top oven, grill and hobs all working perfectly. Kenwood KDW60S16 Silver Dishwasher 845x598x610mm (HxWxD) Occasionally some water left in dishwasher after a cycle (seems to be a problem with stopping water coming in, rather than water not draining). We just close the valve from mains whenever it's not being used and this 'fixes' the issue. Possibly both are easy fixes but as we knew we were changing them anyway we never bothered having them looked at. We've used them as they are for last 9-12 months. €70 each.
