The item is in very good condition. It was a long-awaited purchase, so I took great care of it and maintained it as best as I could. The mixing spoon has some minor scratches, and the mixing spatula has a couple of slightly bent segments, but this does not affect cooking or the overall appearance of the device. The screen and the Thermomix itself are scratch-free. All information about this product is available online or on YouTube, but overall I can say it’s the most amazing, intelligent, and useful helper in the kitchen.
