Laptop was never used. Box was opened on the delivery to make sure it didn't get damaged in transit and wasn't touched since, i didn't even go through windows setup process. Laptop comes with extra warranty purchased directly at ASUS (ASUS Premium Care Package) which includes 3 Years Battery Warranty and device warranty overall until October 2028.
