Mechanism is in perfect working order with no sticking points or squeaks etc. Seats have no cushion movement or "empty" spots, still as comfy as when it was bought. Foot supports have had felt pad coverings added to protect both the feet and the floor underneath. From a non-smoking house and has had a blanket covering on it for added protection.
