Corner Sofa with Footstool

Corner sofa with footstool which fits in as a sofa extension. It was purchased for a new home 2 years ago from Ezliving and it is still on sale in the shop - see attached link and also dimensions screenshot from their website. It is in excellent condition, no rips and no stains. No smokers in the house, we do have 1 dog but she's very clean. The couch comes with wooden legs, which really elevates the look. These were never used and are still in their wrapping along with the screws that came with them - photos included.
