This frame had a slightly bent horizontal metal rail on delivery from DFS at the head of the bed which we have straightened to perfection. This fold out bed frame would be ideal for use in a static caravan, garden room, camper van conversion, yurt, or spare room for guests. The width of the base that takes the mattress is 138.5cm. The width of the base including attachments for legs is 149cm. Height off the floor 40cm. Length of base 188cm The base folds out in 3 sections. The top 2 comprises sprung wooden slats and the bottom 3rd has wide elasticated straps. You could consider sourcing a mattress from Ikea or Jysk and the size to look for is 115cm wide x 183cm long x 10cm deep.
