Serpentine tension springs, non-woven material, foam and fibre are used to form a durable seat base. The armrests are constructed with a high-density edge profile, combining foam, fibre, and supportive webbing for durability and comfort. Elasticated webbing is used in the seat to enhance back support. The back cushion interiors are made from a non-woven material that is sewn to the shape of the back cushion with baffles sewn in to hold the fibre in place. Fibre is full of hollow conjugate polyester.
