Large log cabin fully insulated with externally composite cladding includes all fixtures and fittings kitchen unit available to remove from 1st May 2026 size 1200 sq ft. Suitable as self build for DIY enthusiast. Can be dismantled and reassembled to your own serviced site not including wiring or plumbing as this will need to be done when being re-installed at an extra cost of €15,500. The external insulation can be plastered as an alternative to using the cladding boards that would also be at the new owners own costs. The roof shingles will also need to be replaced and the cost of that is circa €3/4,500.00. The new owner may wish to use slates as an alternative and the cost is similar to that of the shingles.
