Vintage Regent Of London With Asian Inspired Scene Mantle Clock Art Deco - Gold Gilded Filigree Trim - Stunning Detail & Design A beautiful, rare collectors timepiece for both vintage and modern art deco enthusiasts. Made by clockmakers Regent of London as a flagship design representing class and quality. Features an external gold gilded brass filigree design trim featuring an Asian-inspired scenic painting of figures and a temple on its face. It includes numbered dials with a large clear glass face. Excellent condition but could do with a polishing. There is also some initials that seem to have been etched into the back of the clock. The clock is not ticking which I believe may be due to some mis alignment or wear from within but it should be fixable, it does tick when face down. The clock is in fair condition as you can see from the photos. I have not done much to clean it other than a good wiping all over. But this would come up beautifully with the right care and in the right hands. A nice project perhaps.
