We've had the sofa for 3 years and, with two young children, it has seen plenty of use, so there is general wear and tear throughout. The only defect is that the middle seat is slightly sunken due to a frame issue, but it is still perfectly usable and comfortable. Priced accordingly as we're simply looking to clear some space.
