Reduce sofa

Lovely sofa and chair and footstool suit young couple family , stain resistant, fire resistant good as new reluctant sale just too low for my husband , Wanting €320 sofa but Will consider reasonable offers €80 for chair and footstool but need to be sold with sofa, as I am wanting to get a three seater and a chair when sold mine , To look at it looks new condition, always had throw on , fits lovely in small room , reluctant sale.
