Sofa

€700: My son purchased this sofa for me via Harvey Norman's (he lives in Australia), it arrived last week. They unpacked it & set it up and I'm horrified ever since. I think he was thinking perhaps of a sofa he'd love, rather than what I'd love (bless him). I am disabled & use a rollator, I live in an apartment that is kitchen / living room combined. It's waaaay too big by far for my space & needs. Even when I really tried to just sit into it, my feet were dangling 5 or 6 inches off of the ground & with my disability I just can't do that, my feet need to be able to reach the ground firmly. Then I saw them 'plug in the sofa' & they told me it reclines electrically, has a pull down 'centre table', lights, bells & whistles where you plug your phone in to charge it! I don't even know what some of the things do to be perfectly honest. Okay, call me old fashioned, I prefer side tables or a coffee table to hold my stuff. I can plug my phone into a socket just fine to charge it also. I know this probably isn't a typical ad - but the sofa just has to go. Now. The 3 back parts can be dismantled for ease of moving. My son will forgive me if I use my old 2 seater and foot-stool, neither of which need plugging in, for another bit because he loves me (plus, he's an only child & I'm going to tell him a white lie about how much I sold it for!). I priced this to go because I can't bear the sight of it & the amount of room it's consuming, so please don't make offers at all as my response will offend you. I am disabled - not dumb! Thank you.
