Solid Wood Leather 3 Piece Suite – Sofa & 2 Chairs

For sale: solid carved hardwood 3 piece suite (3-seater sofa + 2 armchairs) with oxblood/burgundy leather cushions. Believed to be oak. A worthwhile restoration project. The wooden frames are the star here – heavy, solid and beautifully carved with scrolled arms and bun feet. They’re structurally sound with sprung slatted bases and just general surface wear consistent with age. They’d come up lovely with a light sand and refinish. The leather cushions show their age – worn through on one sofa seat, with cracking and fading on the armchairs (see photos). Ideal for an upholsterer, restorer or someone who wants to fit new cushions in leather or fabric. Frames like this are hard to find new and cost a lot more. Options: – Full set with existing leather cushions – Wooden frames only (cushions removed) – Will consider selling pieces separately Collection from Piercestown, Co. Wexford. Heavy, so bring a van or trailer.
